The TSC-3415 Cinema Speaker System is a THX approved three-way quad 15-inch LF speaker system designed for larger sized room installations. It utilizes four TL-1603 low frequency loudspeakers and two TD-4002Z Beryllium compression drivers for the mid- and high frequencies. Its low frequency cabinet is designed to accept up to four separate inputs from amplifiers, allowing system engineers and integrators to effectively steer sound for the desired coverage pattern. OPAXIAL( technology provides a dramatic reduction in second harmonic distortion. The face of the cabinet also incorporates an innovative design to align the opposing woofers for a smooth blending of energy from the loudspeakers.
A similar three-way system for medium sized rooms, the TSC-3215 utilizes two 15-inch low-frequency loudspeakers and two Beryllium compression drivers for the mid- and high frequencies. An innovative Low-Q Porting System design with translucent walls keeps port tuning artifacts to a minimum, while achieving extended low frequency.
The THX Approved TSC-1118SW Cinema Subwoofer System utilizes a single TL-1801 18-inch subwoofer designed for use in multiples and tuned to below 25Hz. The system's modular design can easily be stacked in an array across the bottom of a screen in small, medium and large sized rooms. This highly accurate cinema subwoofer system is capable of handling a maximum input power of 500 watts.
